OMD will be playing at this years Meltdown Festival. The show is a tribute to Tony Wilson, the provocative broadcaster, entrepreneur and cultural philosopher who was part of the surreal northern collective that founded Factory Records and the Hacienda.
Aswell as a very intimate 30 minute performance from Andy and Paul the evening will feature poet Mike Garry and unreleased footage by Carol Morley, who filmed Anthony H Wilson in Manchester in 2005.
The show is taking place at The Purcell Room at London’s Southbank Centre on June 16th. There are a very limited amount of tickets available here.
